L. G. "Bo" Herndon Jr. credits his family for much of Herndon Farm's success. His wife Gill and longtime employee Carolyn Wilkes and Dana Wood run the office. Nephew Jason Herndon helps manage the farm. The Herndon's 3 daughters, Maghen, Jordie and Sky, help after school. Bo has been active in the Georgia Fruit and Vegetable Association since 1997 and the Vidalia Onion Committee since 1989.
